  CCTD Presentation Guidelines
CCTD has a recommended presentation format (guidelines) that the center's deputy director has crafted. This is how he thinks entrepreneurs on the MMU CCTD programme should present. The team of reviewers for the CCTD funds include University Deans and Directors of Centers.
  1. Core of business model: target market, "The Problem" defined, product differentiation, unique value proposition (UVP)
  2. Support: Technology, Sales and Marketing (S&M) plan, founding team & share structure
  3. Financials: Revenue forecast, proforma income statement, Budget for up to 3 years.
  4. Monitoring: Schedules, Milestones
  5. Good-to-haves: Strategies, proforma cashflow statement, Technology roadmap, Product Roadmap, Organizational Chart, Mission and Vision
We are given only 15 minutes to present, at 8:30am 22nd of December.
